ABOUT US: The Shirley Garden Group is comprised of the majority of private, non-commercial land owners in the subdivision. We formed the group in early 2012 to facilitate City approval of the Small Area Plan (SAP) and rezoning of our properties from R-12 (12,000 square foot lot minimums) to the new mixed use plan. All of us were raised in this subdivision, and our properties have been in our families’ possession continuously for the past sixty years. We continue to cooperate in the development endeavor, with the object of obtaining the highest and best use of our properties, and the highest reasonable price for that use. The Group desires to sell for a common price per square foot, and will entertain any and all reasonable terms and offers for our properties.
